Andrea Brown

President/CEO

Andrea Brown: Andrea, Chief Executive Officer, brings with her a great talent in Marketing and creativity. She is a native of Toronto, Canada where played high school varsity basketball at C. W. Jeffery high school. She then studied Healthcare at Humber College, but moved on to study Business Management at York University. Andrea now resides in Atlanta, GA with her 5 daughters who also played sports in high school and now are achieving basketball scholarships at D1 Universities. This Entrepreneur has developed and ran several successful businesses in the city of Atlanta with her biggest attributes to ANW Sports Management. She has fallen in love with the sports world and is excited to make a difference one day at a time.

Madison Felton

Social Media Analyst - Recruiter

With a bachelor's in sports management and a minor in business from the prestigious Florida State University, Madison started out in Financial management. She then believed her way up to social media analyst and now is a recruiter. She is well versed in the makeup of Athletic Development and is a big addition to the team.

Perlesta Hollingsworth Jr.

Licensed Attorney

Perlesta is a Licensed Attorney, who's a graduate of Morehouse colleges & the University of Connecticut School of Law.


Perlesta has been in the sports management business for over 12 years. In an ultra-competitive industry, he has built a formidable team to compete, including attorneys, NFL, NBA, MLB, and FIBA certified agents/contract advisors, marketing advisors, and client development reps. He utilizes all of his relationships with NFL, NBA, and MLB front office personnel and scouts to ensure our clients receive maximum compensation and exposure:

Andrew (Noble) Foster
Scouting Department Director

Andrew “Noble” Foster is the Player Representative For Canada. Noble has a great eye for spotting talent and building relationships that will help usher in the next level athlete into a team that cares.


Noble was born in Toronto, Canada. He played senior varsity basketball (shooting guard) and football (quarterback) at St. Francis Xavier S.S. He later accepted a scholarship from Algonquin College, were he played 2yrs for the Thunder varsity men’s basketball team. Post-grad, Noble completed the Police Foundations Program in which he attended Sheridan College and played with the Sheridan Bruins varsity men’s basketball team. After returning to Toronto, he mentored, trained and coached boys and girls from 8yrs - 18yrs and was a part of the Toronto Raptors 905 training staff. Noble now resides in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) where he stays on top of all the great sports news coming out of Canada, focusing mainly on Canadian athletes. He speaks 3 languages, including English, Spanish and Jamaican Patois while in the process of learning French and Dutch. Nobles’ experiences in life and around sports has been an asset to ANW Sports Management, LLC.

O'Neisha Smith, LMSW

Licensed Master Social Worker

As a License Master Social Worker and current High School Girls’ Assistant Basketball Coach, O’Neisha works to alleviate the needs of athletes and provide resources where fit. She provides advocacy, research, case coordination, counseling and policy change for the functioning and wellbeing of athletes. In addition, O’Neisha handles direct and indirect psycho-social care to athletes when referred.


As former Division I athlete at Lipscomb University and with diverse coaching experience in both High School Girls’ Basketball and Track and Field, O’Neisha has a well-rounded skill set in player evaluation and honed talents in character building and performance monitoring. She is a recognized expert in leadership and a communicative collaborator. Her previous roles have strengthened her capabilities in teamwork and organization, including a keen attention to detail and accuracy. O’Neisha’s previous experience working with athletes gave her the ability to gain a solid understanding of the game, along with developing the skill to understand the personalities of the players to expound upon their love for the game.

Essence Paisley-Coote
Administrator/Coordinator

Essence is a recent Florida State University Grad with a degree in Sport Management. She has 4+ years experience in working with professional athletes including the NFL, NBA & WTA.


Her expertise includes planning events, administration, and managing. Some of her favorite events that she has been a part of are the Super Bowl, ESPYs, US OPEN, and the MLS Cup.


She is excited to grow in the sports world and wants to influence women to follow their dreams because anything is possible.


Her time is of the essence.
